Actually we have a lot in common with the larger agencies. We do the same sort work they do (but better), use the same software, and buy from the same sources. Our entire team works from home, so we don’t have the overhead the big agencies are saddled with, which means we can bill our clients a lot less. This means we can work with small & medium sized businesses and help them be more competitive against larger, better funded companies. This works for us because we love our fur babies and grow faint at the thought of leaving them at home while we slog through our daily commute.
Yep. We give our clients access to the same tools the big agencies utilize. Press releases, marketing collateral, email campaigns, media buys, podcasts, webinars, social media management, special events, PR bookings, promotional items, video editing, graphic design, and more. Every day is different and every client has unique needs, which is what we love about the job. No two days are the same.
Truth be told, there are a few services we prefer not to do, not because we can’t but because there are other agencies out there who specialize in meeting that client need. We refer to our partners all the time and they refer to us. We can do affiliate marketing, reputation management, and Google AdWords, but there are companies out there who are specialists and they can handle those intensive projects in less time and for less expense than we can. Think of it this way: your family physician could do your hip replacement, but working with a specialist is a much preferred. If we think referring you out is the best option, we’ll bring the right resources to the table and ensure the task is done to your specifications.

Our clients tell us we’re actually a lot of fun to work with. Our job is to become an extension of your business as a marketing team for hire when you cannot afford a full-time marketing staff or have overflow work. We all get to know each other pretty well and adapt to your vibe very quickly, which allows us to fulfill your creative vision.
It really depends upon the needs of your business. Some of our clients are single owner, nine-to-five sole proprietors and others are nationally known brands with very specific marketing demands. The best thing to do is contact us and have a conversation. Believe me, if there is something you can do on your own that will help you accomplish your goals for a lower price or for free, we’ll tell you. We teach our clients to self-manage all the time. It’s your business and we encourage you to ask questions. Consultations are free.
Usually within a couple of weeks. We schedule an onboarding interview, assign you to a project manager, and then things move pretty quickly from there.
Quality communications. We know you’re busy and we don’t want to waste your time. You’ll hear from us regularly. We think it’s important for you to be as engaged as you’d like.
No. We have a very thorough internal approval process culminating in a client signing off on all work product. We do not post anything live to social media, your website, or anywhere without your prior approval. The same for email blasts, newsletter distribution, or anything else we’re creating on your behalf. Nothing. Nada. Zip. Nichts. It goes nowhere.
No. They’re yours. We don’t repurpose designs. If you’ve paid for the work product, then the work product belongs to you. We don’t hold your stuff hostage. It’s just unethical.
Subversive. Because we only work with start-ups, small, and medium sized businesses, your market share is virtually nil compared to the other companies out there. This means we can be more proactive and push the envelope just enough to get your company attention, which will help grow your revenues. We’re subversive because as we help you grow, we are helping you change the market landscape. Not all competitors appreciate change and that’s okay. We’re more focused on how we can help your business.
